By accessing any web page on the domain (hereafter referred as the "website") or by downloading, updating or running any official version of the Mazenez application (hereafter referred as the "app"), you are consenting to this Privacy Policy.

Our visitors' privacy is important to us, and we recognize the need to provide additional privacy protection for children. Younger visitors should always check with their parents or guardians before entering information on any website or mobile application and we encourage families to discuss their household guidelines regarding the online sharing of personal information.

We may request or collect certain information when you visit the website or use the app.

Information Actively Given to Us

Visitors are required to share only the information that is reasonably necessary to participate in the particular activity. Our support team may contact visitors via email, phone or instant message when support was requested and by using the contact information provided to us.

We may collect your unique device identity from the app which may include your device name, model, MAC address, hardware capabilities and operating system version.

We may collection statistical information about players’ interactions with the app, their app settings (for example graphics quality) and game progress information. This information helps us to understand where we can improve the app to provide better user experience.

Computer Information Collected by Others

The app is built on the Unity Engine which embeds third-party service like Unity Analytics, IAP (In-app Purchases) and Ads (collectively referred to as "Unity Services"). The Unity Services may collection your unique device identity from the app which may include your device name, model, MAC address, hardware capabilities and operating system version as well as statistical information about players’ interactions with the app, their app settings (for example graphics quality) and game progress information. This information is used to generate anonymous reports about users behaviours and the app’s performance.

In-app purchases will redirect players to a third-party store, which will handle the purchases independent of our app. Our app may collect, verify and use the transaction information of the purchase to apply the necessary items that was purchased.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share your information with third parties for the limited purposes described below. In the U.S., parents of children under the age of 13 have the option of consenting to the collection and use of their child's personal information without consenting to the disclosure of that information to certain third parties.

Law Enforcement and Safety
